If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

We make our chocolates everyday to ensure the freshness and quality of it. We will be delivering your orders to your doorstep using our dispatch system, hence we will be delivering your order within 7-10 days of your purchase date. 

As we use our personal dispatch system to ensure quality and freshness of our chocolates, we will be charging RM5 - RM10 delivery fee depending on your location.
